Privacy
Phantom is a small, invite-only image studio run by Leo as a personal project. This page says what Phantom stores about you, why, and how to get it deleted.
What Phantom stores
If you request access
- Your email address.
- Your name, if you add it.
That's all. Phantom doesn't store your IP address or device details with a request, and the landing page uses no analytics or advertising.
If you have an account
- Your account email and sign-in details, handled by Clerk.
- The characters, bodies, outfits and accessories you create, and the reference photos you upload for them.
- Your prompts, the images Phantom generates for you, and the credits each generation used.
Why
To let you in, to run the studio, and to keep your images available to you. Your data isn't sold, shared for advertising, or used for anything else.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the app and stores your uploads and generated images in private storage.
- Neon hosts the database.
- Clerk handles sign-in and sets the cookies that keep you signed in.
- An AI image provider we contract with generates the images. Your prompt and the reference photos attached to it are sent to that provider to make each image, and the result is copied back into Phantom's private storage.
Who can see your images
Only your account can open or download your uploads and generated images. Leo can technically access the storage to run and fix Phantom, and only does so for that.
How long it's kept
- Access requests: until you're let in or you ask for the request to be deleted.
- Account data and images: for as long as you have an account. Deleting an image in Phantom removes it from storage.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything Phantom stores about you, including your whole account. Email leo@phantom-ai.com.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too, and people with an account hear about it.
