Phantom is a private image studio run by Leo for people they invite. By using it, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, email leo@phantom-ai.com.
Access
Phantom is invite-only. Requesting access doesn't guarantee it, and access can be paused or removed at any time. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Credits
Generations run on Leo's own image provider account and cost real money. Use Phantom for your own creative work, not in bulk or for resale.
What you can't make
- Anything illegal where you are.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
- Images of a real person without their consent, or images meant to deceive, harass, or harm anyone.
- Anything that breaks the usage policies of Phantom's image provider or the models it runs.
Breaking these rules ends your access.
Your uploads and images
What you upload and generate stays yours, as far as the model providers' terms allow. You're responsible for having the right to upload your reference photos and for how you use the results. Leo doesn't claim ownership of your content.
No guarantees
Phantom is a personal project, provided as it is. It can change, go down, or shut down, and images can be lost. Download anything you want to keep. To the extent the law allows, Leo isn't liable for losses from using Phantom.
Changes
These terms can change. If they change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too, and people with an account hear about it.
